Hatch was brought on by Cashmere Agency to design and fabricate Jack’s Playground – Jack in the Box’s carnivalesque, immersive activation at music festival Life Is Beautiful.
Jack in the Box sought to bring its adventurous and fun-loving brand identity to the festival to bring guests an experience that would spark nostalgia and bring out their inner child to play. The footprint was also the only fast food brand at Life is Beautiful with an activation of this size and scale which was a festival first!
Of the numerous brand activations, Jack’s Playground had the most to see—a full set-up of Skee-Ball, which spat fire if you hit a bullseye, Jack’s signature dipping sauce ball pits, curly fry swings, taco seesaws, and a giant bacon slide.
Dressed to impress, 91-year-old style sensation Baddie Winkle made an appearance at Jack’s Playground all three days.
