The iHeartMusic Festival at the Daytime Village, the sprawling outdoor companion event to the iHeartMusic Festival at nearby T-Mobile Arena, helped generate over 6.5 billion social impressions.
Hatch is proud to be a partner of the iHeartRadio Music Festival as well as other iHeartMedia tent poles including the Country Festival, national touring Jingle Ball, 80’s Party concert, Fiesta Latina and Summer Kickoff.
We produce the festival’s back of house red carpet, official iHeartMedia and associate media outlet broadcast rooms, meet and greet rooms, VIP experiences, sponsor activations and branding integration at the arena.
We spearhead the ideation, design, production and event management services for the festival partners and VIP activations at the Daytime Village.
This year, we created fan zones, games, concessions and interactive experiences hosted by the Festival’s brand partners including Buffalo Wild Wings®, Garnier Fructis®, Macy’s, MATADOR™ Beef Jerky, Pepsi®, SNICKERS® Bar, State Farm®, Taco Bell®, The CW Network and ULTA Beauty®.
The incredible weekend-long concert event included the biggest names in music across all genres, from the main stage at the Daytime Village which featured performances by Demi Lovato, Hozier, Tove Lo, Trey Songz, Walk The Moon, Nick Jonas, Big Sean, Lee Brice, George Ezra, Tori Kelly, Echosmith, James Bay, The Struts, Zella Day and Shawn Mendes.
