iHeartRadio Music Festival 2015

The Fifth Annual iHeartRadio Music Festival garnered over 6.5 billion social impressions as it rocked Las Vegas with a mega lineup & superstar surprise collaborations returning to the CW Network as a two-night special on September 29 and 30.

Hatch is proud to be a partner of the iHeartRadio Music Festival as well as other iHeartMedia tent poles including the Country Festival, national touring Jingle Ball, 80’s Party concert, Fiesta Latina and Summer Kickoff.

We produce the festival’s back of house red carpet, official iHeartMedia and associate media outlet broadcast rooms, meet and greet rooms, VIP experiences, sponsor activations and branding integration.

Additionally, for 2015, we designed and managed the Warner Music Lounge as well as the CW’s and Samsung Galaxy’s integration into the official VIP lounge which featured the Samsung Gear VR experience and digital cocktail ordering platform.

The 2015 iHeartRadio Music Festival hosted by Ryan Seacrest, featured Kanye West, Sam Smith, Coldplay, Puff Daddy, Demi Lovato, David Guetta, Kenny Chesney, The Weeknd, Tove Lo, Lil Wayne, Fall Out Boy, Disclosure, Hozier, Jason Derulo, Duran Duran, Prince Royce, Diplo, Trey Songz, The Killers, Jennifer Lopez, Blake Shelton, Nick Jonas and more.

For the festival’s Daytime Village, we designed, fabricated and integrated all the sponsor activations. For each sponsor we were in charge of making sure their brand representation and KPI performance goals were met in a seamless integration that complimented the spirit and style of the Festival.

The 2015 partners included The CW Network, Buffalo Wild Wings®, Garnier Fructis®, Hulu, Ideal Image®, Macy’s, MATADOR® Beef Jerky, MasterCard®, Mazda®, MGM Resorts International, Pepsi®, Samsung Electronics, SNICKERS® Bar, State Farm®, Taco Bell®, Ulta Beauty®, UnitedHealthcare and Verizon.

The incredible weekend-long concert at the iHeartRadio Music Festival Daytime Village featured performances by Demi Lovato, Hozier, Tove Lo, Trey Songz, Walk The Moon, Nick Jonas, Big Sean, Lee Brice, George Ezra, Tori Kelly, Echosmith, James Bay, The Struts, Zella Day and Shawn Mendes.
