The two-time sponsor of the iHeartRadio Music Festival Daytime Village, Ideal Image, partnered with Hatch to produce each of their fan experience.
Building out a geodesic tent, we created a Cool Sculpting Igloo in the middle of the desert. Brand ambassadors educated guests about the procedure and walked through demos on a reclining mannequin in the middle of the room.
At the hand carved Ideal Image ice bar fans received frozen prize pops with a chance to win up to $5000 worth of services.
At the VIP deck overlooking the main stage we integrated the brand throughout the activation with custom branded décor, graphic branding and a dimensional photo moment. Fans relaxed on hammocks and lounge furniture under a massive 2nd story shade structure we built to keep fans cool.
