AIAS D.I.C.E. Awards and Summit

The Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences promotes and advances common interests in the worldwide entertainment software community by recognizing outstanding achievement in interactive Content.

Produced by Hatch and considered by many industry leaders as the “must-attend” interactive entertainment industry event, The Academy’s D.I.C.E. Summit (Design, Innovate, Communicate and Entertain) brings together the top video game designers, developers and business leaders to discuss the state of the industry, its trends and its future.

For the past 16 years the team from Hatch has produced and managed the three-day conference and awards show that takes place annually in Las Vegas. We are responsible for managing, executing and producing the daily keynote, town halls, summit sessions, special events, receptions and exhibits all leading up to the live stream of the Academy’s Interactive Achievement Awards.

Our responsibilities include:

Production and management for multiple venues operating simultaneously.
Set design and fabrication of the Summit, D.I.C.E. Networking Arcade, Awards Show, receptions and parties.
Live-streaming production of the Summit and Awards show.
Graphic design and event branding.
Attendee, presenter, honoree and production services.
Staffing and management.
Hotel and venue logistics.
