In partnership with the National Football League, Hatch developed a series of marquee events that each drew players and high profile attendees over the course of 3 days.
Each Suite gave 8 – 10 existing NFL media partners the opportunity to garner awareness from a variety of influencers in entertainment and sports; each through their own bespoke, one of a kind brand experiences.
Here are a few things we were in charge of:
- Development of unique overall Lounge thematic within the existing brand guidelines of a well established, globally recognized brand – the NFL.
- Working 1 on 1 with each showcasing partner to develop installations in smaller spaces that create powerful brand impact.
- Successful integration of existing NFL media partners, with their own unique identities, into the greater hospitality lounge theme. Recognizing each partner brand’s individuality while keeping the cohesive master aesthetic.
- Development and management of micro production timelines ensuring all deadlines are met – including sub-production schedules for each partner.
- Transforming a completely raw space into a exclusive 5-star experience for a-list talent.
- Oversee all production logistics relating to the suite and work seamlessly within the grander NFL Super Bowl production timelines.
Activated at the 2011 Kickoff, Draft and Madden Bowl and the 2012 Super Bowl The NFL Suite Experience redefined current practices of gifting lounges by elevating the standard “grab and bag” warehouse activation to an organic meaningful experience that drove brand affinity, built relationships and provided guests, sponsors and the NFL an opportunity to come together.
The real value of the NFL Honors Sponsor Suite was its ability to create a mutually beneficial relationship for all involved. NFL activations drove brand association prior to, during and long after the doors closed through relevant media coverage and a social media activations.
Fans were able to share the experience via Twitter, Facebook and posted content on the NFL website and YouTube partners.
