Made in America is the two-day music festival curated by Jay Z that brings 100,000 fans together to celebrate diversity, music, art and civic agency.
For the past two years, Hatch has been brought on by RocNation to produce their sponsor activations, VIP/Talent Lounge and Cause Village.
Each year over Labor Day weekend we partner with RocNation and Diversified Production Services (DPS) to transform the historic Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia into the sprawling outdoor festival.
This year featured headliners Cardi B and Travis Scott capping a lineup of 42 diverse artists that included Lizzo performing on seven stages.
In addition to the music, festivalgoers participated in interactive activities, rode our Snipes Ferris wheel, took in artwork by local Philly artists, enjoyed a variety of appetizing foods and visited sponsor activations throughout the festival grounds.
Made in America is more than just a music festival. Partial proceeds from the festival supports Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill’s REFORM Alliance, an organization devoted to fighting for criminal justice reform.
To support and inspire fans to act on their own social agency we have created Cause Village with over 60 charitable and activist organizations representing a wide range of causes including education, social welfare, voter registration, animal welfare, hunger, homelessness, arts and culture, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, environmental sustainability, social justice and civil rights. Annually an average of over 15,000 social actions are taken over the two-day festival.
This year Cause Village was celebrated with an art installation featuring local Philadelphia artists who collectively painted the dimensional lettering at its entrance.
