For the third consecutive year, iHeart Media tasked Hatch to showcase its title sponsor of the 2018 iHeart Radio Country Music Festival at the fan outdoor village as well as the VIP experience within the main concert arena.
At the village, we created an updated design studio where guests were able to customize a flannel shirt and bandana to help them get in the spirit of the country festival. Guests took part in a custom photo mosaic populating images throughout the day.
The most iconic socially sharable moment of the festival was the set of giant blue headphones that guests posed in front of showcasing a custom hashtag. AT&T Direct TV custom branding and a VIP viewing platform rounded out their presence at the village.
We extended AT&T Direct TV’s presence into the main arena as well designing and custom fabricating the VIP backstage lounge, artists’ press step and repeat and official broadcast studio, the AT&T viewing platform and concourse activation that solidified their title sponsorship of the festival.
