Accomplished entrepreneur that loves being creative with clients and staff all while driving business goals. Recognized as a dynamic, resourceful and goal-orientated leader with award winning success in creating immersive experiences for a diverse array of global brands.

Carter has successfully created and executed award winning marketing initiatives and events for iHeart Radio, RocNation, the NFL, Riot Games, EA, Converse, NY Fashion Week, Magic Leap, Rolex, Pepsi, and Nestle.

Carter and his team continue to provide both best in class live production along with always evolving digital solutions to clientele who want to maximize their exposure to community both in-person as well as online.

Carter began his career in New York City at Arista Records / Bad Boy Records and Universal Music Group after playing a season on the Pro Beach Volleyball tour. He has a Business & Economics degree from UCSB where he was a NCAA Volleyball scholarship athlete, team captain and multiple award winner.  Carter currently resides in Manhattan Beach, California with his wife, three sons and their dog, Gaucho.
